The second batch of 35-meter and 45-meter "Palm Tree" monopole towers destined for Mauritius has been packed and is ready for shipment. These bionic palm-style monopoles feature a steel structure encased in a fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) shell. The shell material is formulated with a substantial amount of UV stabilizers and anti-aging agents; furthermore, the resin and fiberglass undergo a high degree of impregnation and curing, ensuring that the shell remains free from fading, peeling, or cracking for 10 to 15 years.
During the packing process, the main monopole structures are secured using angle steel or timber bracing to prevent any lateral movement or shifting during transit.
